PERFECT PUZZLE
• Teacher builds a model with her 6 bricks and shows
it briefly to the children.
• Teacher then secretly removes 2 of the bricks that
went into the making of that model.
• Children look at the model again and try to figure
out what is missing and where it belongs.
• Children copy the model and then complete it.
Q: Can you remember which bricks are missing?
Q: Can you complete the model so that it is the
same as it was before Teacher removed 2
bricks?
Variations:
• Children can work in pairs to challenge each other.

• Teacher builds a model.

• Discuss which brick is in front / behind / in
the middle / underneath / on top etc.
Q: Is the orange brick in front or behind
the light blue, etc.
